I was hoping this would be our forever Vet but unfortunately when I took my sick kitten into this Vet yesterday evening it did not go well. We were brought back to an exam room, and we could hear the receptionist tell the vet tech that they had someone waiting. It was obvious that she was unaware of what was scheduled, even though the appointment had been scheduled for days.
