We had a 30 min wait with only 2 other parties waiting. Seemed very slow so the wait time was kind of shocking. When our food arrived we had no utensils and I had to get up and ask the hostess for them. Other than that our server was good. I ordered super nachos and they were burnt!!!! Had to wait 45 minutes for an booth... The waitress forgot my grandsons food so that took an extra 15 to 20 minutes... But the manager came to apologize so that was OK. All n all it was good food drinks and conversation.
My husband and I went in on Saturday evening for an early dinner and sat at the bar. We ordered a Devils Den burgers which have always been great but mine came out raw on the inside. We sent it back and 35 minutes later it came back out. My husband was already finished eating so I asked for a to go box. The manager came over and apologized and asked if I would like some dessert and I said "No, I haven't even eaten dinner yet." Went in tonight to order take out food from the bar sat there for about a hour and chatted with some people at the bar after I got my food I get out to the car and start to drive only to realize I'm missing half my order I go inside to go get it and the bartender brings me back a salad that is not what i ordered not once saying sorry or apologizing then I finally get my salad go to leave get half way home to realize my daughters meal was missing as well.. Rude comments from the hostesses about customers walking in the door. There was a napkin on the floor in front of the podium that both of them saw and ignored. I ended up picking it up myself. Extremely long wait for food. My mixed veggies were half cooked. There was even sautéed mushrooms mixed with raw, barely warm mushrooms, and raw, barely cooked carrots. The chicken was pink in the middle and tasted funny. I normally love 54th street grill but this was my first visit to the Englewood location. Never again.
Had the worst Cary out service every on Friday July 1st. Rude girl took my order and didn't even say thank you or anything when she brought the food. I get home and my burger was raw. Today July 4th. We sat at our table for 10 min no waitress or anyone speaking to us. Got up and left. This is very disappointing as we have normally had great service at this location
We have been waiting for 45 min. The lobby full of people . 8 tables open one bus boy and they are telling people 1 hour wait when they walk in. This place is close and has pretty good food but this happen quite often in this place .
