Wouldn’t recommend them if they were the only place left. 4 empty tables for 15 minutes and then when people came in who “checked in online” all got sat before us. Even though their app says no waiting parties come on in. I should add a table or two was empty for 10+ minutes and we just waited and waited.

Came in with my fiancé and our four kids a few months back. We sat for a good 15-20 min with no one coming to take our drink orders or greet us or anything. Watched 2-3 other tables get seated, greeted and served drinks while no one came to our table. We got up and left. The only reason I’m leaving this review so much later is that I went to another location(Grandview) with 4 of my colleagues after work Friday. It was the exact same situation. My boyfriend and I came in for lunch and received the worst service we have ever had here from a young female server with red hair. We had ordered gringo dip and I was in the middle of trying to order drinks for us and she just walked away. Then after receiving the gringo dip she came by ten mins later and took it from us before we were done with it. Service & food have really gone down. Had problems with my carside order, called & spoke to “manager” Patrick who was short, unhelpful & rude. Talked over me, was only willing to fix my order if I came back tonight which I wasn’t able to. Was rude when I asked for GM’s information. Just not a good experience. Both Baja Dipper orders missing avocado ranch. He says no longer comes with but menu still lists it. Mango tea had no ice, not cold. menus was so sticky I had to wash my hands. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and there was a hair I pulled out of my mouth from the burger. the drink I got was so over poured I took two sips. I didn't finished any of it and when telling the waiter, he said I wish you told me sooner. I paid full price and I will never come back.
Let’s start with the hostess. She was more focused on taking selfies and flirting with one of the servers than actually letting our server know that she had a table, after we waited over 15-20 minutes already in the table, server finally show up with out a pen an paper to take the order.
