Nothing like biting into burnt chicken. Which of course was placed that side down
My mother likes this place but they betrayed her usually better taste at this location. The salad was old,the appetizer was chewy. My fries were under cooked, the manager checked with us but was very unconcerned with our feedback about the multiple back of the house failures & offered us no solutions.
Disappointing on every level, especially the hostess and waiter. Food was cold.
We frequent this location on a regular basis- and for the most part service is usually good- now being that I am a bartender and server, I understand that people get busy and have bad days- but when I'm ignored while six other people get service when I was there for over an hour, and tried to order food and a drink without acknowledgement from the bartender for over fifteen minutes- mind you the other bartender had been busting her ass and had checked out to leave when I was ready to order- she kept my water filled and fixed... read more
The cheese dip and stake sandwich wasdelishes. Couldn't even eat all the french fries.
Sunday afternoon, so I understand a wait but when the hostesses dont even bother to check outside for people, they get skipped (cant fit 20ppl in the waiting area), go back in and they realize they skipped us, so wait another 10min. Finally seated and Ive never felt so rushed by our waiter and he acted annoyed that we actually wantes to read over the menu. He even slammed his book shut when we asked for more time. Apparently, we were on his time. Every time we got refills, he would slam our drinks back down. Our kids never g... read more
