It looked clean. Got there about 3pm. Hardly anyone there. Went with my son and adult grandson. We ordered and it seemed our wait was longer than most restaurants. I ordered catfish. It came out good and hot. Too hot to eat. Had to wait for it to cool down. Not a problem. I had fries too. Fries were great. Had southern greenbeans. Didn't like the taste of these greenbeans. Didn't get great service. My steak I've been craving for weeks was overcooked so I didn't eat it or get a new one. But you better believe they still made me pay for it. Didn't get out drinks refilled even when we asked and didn't get butter or sour cream for me potato after asking twice. I will not be going back.
Went on Sunday May 29 around 430 pm. Was not busy so we got seated right away. Waitress took our drink order and then we had to ask for her to come back to take our order. I ask for a medium cooked sirloin and received a rare steak. When we finally seen her again she took it back. Was unhappy but never seen a manger to let them know. The steak had to flavor.
Service was great but the cheeseburger...not so much
Me and my husband went there for our 1st anniversary this evening. Mind you we got there at 8:45 so it wasn't busy have to wait forever to get silverware. Then as we are in the middle of our dinner a older couple sits down across from us and set there phone down and then are listening to a speaker on there phone. Even mentioned it to the waitress and not one single thing was done. There went our nice evening out. We have been here several times with our family but not for sure I will return.
The waitress didn't even get the water correct. (No lemon) took over 30 mins to get a cup of coffee. Ask for fresh but 30 mins later got two dirty cups with barely warm coffee. Sent it back. Refills were nearly impossible. Ask for No onion and received my fajita chicken with onion all over it. After picking off the onion and no hot coffee we were done. Not a good experience with so many restaurant choices we won't go back anytime soon.
I took my family here. The drinks were great. However the food was the worst our appetizer were horrible. The extreme hot wings were mild and seasoned. The mild wings had no taste at all. Our service from our waitress was lacking. But the place had a great atmosphere.
