Car side to go: Please STOP putting hot chicken wrapped in foil inside your salad containers! I specifically asked for the chicken to be separate from the salad bc I’ve had warm lettuce many times. Ordered two salads tonight requesting the same and got two salads with warm lettuce bc the chicken was in it. A good salad gone bad!

The Shiloh, IL location had no hostess seating people most of the afternoon. Finally we asked a waitress if we could have a table.
Worst customer service and management. Our waitress took 10 mins before taking our drink order. Our food was brought out by someone else, cold. The waitress never came to our table to check in and when I asked for a manager he came to the table and asked “ what do you want me to do, heat your food in the microwave?” The waitress then proceeded to act childish & rude the remainder of the time. I will never come back.

Service was great, our waitress was wonderful, but the food was sub-par.
My son had to send his steak back two times to get it cooked correctly, and the rest of us had finished eating while he had to eat his by himself while the rest of us waited—it was awkward to say the least, but the restaurant did do right by not charging my son for his steak, so “kudos” there. I ordered the chicken w/rice, etc., and I have to say they must’ve used miniature chickens because I have never seen a chicken breast so small! Plus there was hardly any rice. I’m not sure at this time if I’d go back or not.
