I had the Taco plate for lunch. The rice and beans were cold. The taco had more lettuce on it then I have ever seen on a taco, maybe a teaspoon of meat. Couldn't send it back because the waiter never came back.

Their food needs improvement! Had fajitas they have No flavor!

My food was very cold garlic bread was hard and stale

Where to start with my “raving review”? So my wife , a friend and myself decided to go here for dinner as our previous experiences have been positive. Boy was I waaaay off base!!! We were seated quickly no problem. Drinks? Not a problem. Straws? Yes, upon request! Order our food to include an appetizer 30 minutes later our entrees arrived. Silverware? Again, upon request. didnt receive full order...Mail out coupon 2 weeks later instead of refund or a different form of compensation for their mess up.. when phoned lady who answered the phone said "ya I noticed it's still sitting here hahhaha" thanks 👎

Have literally gone to 54th hundreds of times in Shiloh, Il. I think this is my last time. Over the years, it has gotten worse and worse. The original idea, and menu were what made this place great. They seemed to have changed what worked, and lessened the quality of food. More than a handful of times I’ve had near frozen boneless chicken wings, the chicken is becoming questionable, steaks can’t be cooked to ordered temperature, and things as simple as asking for no Pico seems to be challenging for the questionable kit... read more

the only thing about the whole experience was the food was cold an when we got our drinks they didnt bring fresh straws

The food was good and service ok, but you cannot make a reservation for more than 6 people. We waited an hour and 15 minutes.

Was there with family on Saturday 6/2. Was never told how long my wait was. 4 other families walked in after and was seated immediately. Asked if they take reservations, told no. Asked why others were seated before us. No answer. Told a table had to be cleaned before we could be sat. Not first time this happened. Food and waitress were slow. Usually good service, but last 2 times not so great. Really like the place too.
