I can't remember when I last had such terrible service. After 10 minutes we had to go ask where our server was to order drinks. She comes with an attitude from the start and then everytime she came to the table she had the same sour expression and tone, even though we were polite with pleases and thank yous. Not good service when busy. My hubby went on line to make reservations for table outside on patio for 2 people. We got there in time but we still had to wait over an hour. We told them no thanks we are leaving to go next door to another restaurant. 30 minutes later after we were already sitting down and eating somewhere else, they texted said our table is ready for 2 people. This was my only time with my kids until a few weeks from now and our dinner was horrible. The staff were not friendly and made it obvious that they didn't want to be there. Our waitress Amanda made it obvious she was put out by us. I'm just gonna say we took our food to go cause of the service. My kids normally love that place but I'll never go there again.
Two weeks ago I ordered food and opted to pick up at 7:00pm I had arrived at 7:10 in accordance with the extra time you all ask for. I did not get my meal until 7:50. To top that my meal was cold when i received it in my car. When I complained to the manager, he apologized and gave me a gift card saying it was worth $60. Tonight, I tried to order a meal, and was unable to because the card did not have sufficient funds. Upon checking, it shows that the card has $15.99 Now I have been lied to.
