RecommendedI went there is a secret shopper and everything was perfect service is fast food good servers were sexy and the food was delicious I was totally satisfied with the bar service as well the drinks were so delicious! 😤👌💨🤟👽🤘
Went in Oct. 11th for my daughters birthday. Waitress (Ruth), was great as were the margaritas. However, I ordered the Cuban sandwich. My daughter took a bite but said nothing. I took a bite and almost gagged. It tasted like it had fish n it. When I looked up at my daughter, she said that was exactly what she thought. The manager was very nice but kept trying to make excuses. He did take it off the bill. My daughter had the prime rib sandwich and it was perfect. We will still go back to try again.
I arrived to find a couple waiting at an empty hostess booth. After at least five minutes, a waitress finally sat them, then instead of getting someone to seat me, proceeded to take the couple’s entire order while I kept waiting. I had made eye contact with everyone on shift but nobody had the courage to actually help customers. Finally left and went down the street to Chili’s.
I ate the chicken fettuccine and ended up getting food poisoning 😷🤮
Won’t go back the prices are way to high and it’s a 15 minutes our more for the food
Too many customers and not enough wait staff.
Waited 2 hours to be seated. Although some tables were empty no one-seated us. Would not recommend.
The manager stated that they don’t accommodate large parties and were rude inconsiderate and did not want our money , I will never eat their ever again 1604 and Culebra
Last time I went I received a tall beer with about 4 inches foam....Not happy with amount of pour....Will be giving bartenders less gratuity with too much foam
