Service sucked, first no straws for drinks that required straws, then the waiter served our food and we had no silverware to eat, once we finally began eating we noticed we had no napkins! To top it off the so-called “Manager” was a joke! Absolutely rude, condescending and racist. What happened to this place?!
Its disgusting!! If you like fruit flies or some type of bugs chillin on your food when the lights turn on... and get extra charged! The go right ahead! #DONTCOMEHERE! Go to 151:410 they are much cleaner!
Food & service for our party was inconsistent. No napkins or silverware on table, had to request. Some of the menus were sticky and messy, one of them had all the pages stuck together. Steak good, ribs dry, baked potato almost warm, hamburger missing veggies, macaroni & cheese cold, food not seasoned. The service has been lacking the last several times we have gone to eat. Then tonight we are told the tables in the bar area are not self-seating...when did that change and why is it not posted?
Gringo dip and waffle fries=amazing Had to wait a long time for the food the mash potatoes were cold so they brought out another one it was still cold... waiter was very inattentive
So we had a party of 25 people... they told me that they couldn’t accommodate a party that big ..... not even separate tables!!! The manager told me that he will be kind enough to accommodate 19 but not one more!!!! What!!??? And if I ever decide to have a party that big not to even think about 54th Street because they can’t accommodate a party bigger than 15 !!! How ridiculous is that!! Very disappointed!!!!!!
Waited to be shoved into a corner table in the dark. 4 people in my party, got sat at a 6 person curve booth where we couldn’t even talk without shouting and could barely see each other. Left before drinks came, rude staff.
We were there at 1130 yesterday morning. As we came in there was a big group of people waiting, so we decided to sit at the bar, first thing the hostess said was a not a welcome greeting, it was a "do not sit at the tables at the bar.
