Very disappointed. ..my nachis were gross tortillas all burnt...they messed up all our orders not cooking the steaks enough and drink orders incorrect....all around horrible experience....not happy �

The food was ok, the service was excellent. 2-Stars for the food and 5-Stars for Charlott.
Slow service didn't get bread until I had to ask for it. Salad was old and soggy. Very disappointed, used to be my favorite, but I won't return.
Had the cool hand luke stake. Very tough. Baked potato under cooked. Was there for mothers day. Hopefully steaks won't be tough and chewy. ... next time?
Use to be one of my favorite places but this is the 2nd time I had a horrible meal. Chicken fried chicken was tiny and not cooked well, steak was not Cooked properly, fries were cold, even the toasted bread was cold. 54th you have to do better!

I was there on 1/14/17 and I have to admit the service was not up to par. Also, we didn't have many people at our table but the waitress ended up improperly charging someone's meal on my card (which was almost 4 times more) and theirs on mine. There was no apologies for the screw up, all I was told was "we had to charge your card for the inital cost of my drinks PLUS what was incorrectly charged since its the weekend I had to wait before that would be sent back to my card" again no apologies for THEIR screw up.
