Verified Renter So far I like 75 west ! I feel like rent is way too much to be having soooo many minor problems and the whole packages being stolen deal BUT Im satisfied with being a resident at 75 west ! Staff is friendly! Neighbors are friendly !

Verified Renter I would highly recommend 75 West. The office staff is very professional. If you have a problem, you can count on them getting to the bottom of if. Maintenance is on point. When something break like we all know things will, you can count on maintenance to have it repaired within hours. Overall, it's a great place to live.

Verified Renter 75 West has great maintenance and the management staff is very nice and has been great to me. The townhouses are nice inside, but outside is another story. Ppl do not pick up after their dogs and just throw trash, cigarette butts, etc on the ground. The music and noise level of the neighbors is crazy..... its a daily thing.
