Verified Renter Beautiful exteriors but not the best from the inside. Dirty exterior walls, dirty floors, litter on floor, non fixed hallways since the snow storm. I don't see any maintenance in this complex wahtsoever.

Verified Renter I moved in during a very tough time (right after the snow storm) and everything was done and completed despite the chaos the team was dealing with due to the storm. I really appreciate their time and effort to get me moved in and settled on short notice.

Verified Renter I really don't think you want to share my comments - we pay a good amount in rent and the property, as I've stated is in decline - I've almost stumbled over homeless people at night due to the lack of good lighting and several neighbors have told me that they are within the community - they've even had pictures of them sleeping in halls.

Verified Renter 75 West is a beautiful community and its tranquil to be at home. I have nice neighbors, I love my unit, and I love my small yard. Its more than enough for me right now. Yes, its pricey but you pay for what you get and its worth it. In spite of unforeseen complications, Id gladly spend another year here.
