Community Apartment Living at its Best! After getting the kids raised I sold the house, downsized and I have lived in a few apartments since. By far the most amazing experience I have had is at 75 West. We have many long term residents, the people here are truly some of what I consider “extended family”. Verified Renter Staff and Maintenance Staff are very nice and accommodating. Townhouses are very nice. They do need some TLC with cleaning (powerwashing) and groundcover for the rent prices.

Verified Renter My experience moving in was rocky. It was a bit covered up until I received my keys. The community is quiet at times but it's dressed up as something it's not. Very over priced for the amount everyone is paying to not have daily valet trash, incomplete work orders and no upgrades in units

April went above and beyond for me, secured everything for me! April and Michelle are the sweetest , their customer service is amazing. If they are not already recognized i believe they deserve to be so!
