The software works well. It comes with some good features such as cradle to grave call reporting, ease of setting up call routing and using setting up toll-free routing. There have been less than a handful of issues. The biggest issue was poor instructions for the campaign setup to use
8x8 has been great for our business! We had a little bit of a rocky start with the original service rep that was facilitating the implementation. However, once Marj Papin took over, it was smooth sailing from then on! We could not be happier with Marj's customer service and our 8x8 phone service!
Uptime on the service is what is most important and we've have very few outages enough that I can't recall exactly how many (which is a good thing). They are quick to communicate when there are issues and keep you updated with status reports. I've yet to have any complaints about the call clarity whether it's using the desk phone, earbuds or using the 8x8 on my Cell phone.
Always there and prepared to correct any issue!

My organization uses 8x8 for all telecommunications with our clients. I love the ease of use in the desktop and mobile app. Everything you need is at your fingertips, you can easily access past text threads, contact book and archived voicemails. We also like the option to set up out of office voicemails and call forwarding.
We love our 8x8 platform. The backend login is user friendly and informational !
