I had a great experience renting from A1 Storage in El Monte. Susan, Store manager was always professional and helpful. This storage is a secured place and I recommend you using your rental insurance home policy to cover rental insurance. This was my 3rd time renting and I highly recommend this place!
Very friendly Good equipment Secure space
Both Susan and Maria we nice! They suggested a solution to my smaller unit and contacted a person that was getting out of the larger unit to reserve it for me. Both are very nice ladies. I suggested that your management consider early hours for your business to b e open from 6 or 7 am for those of us who work. Understanding the safety issues of your employees and tenants.
I love it here the staff are so kind n very helpful and also there’s AC inside the storage is what I like the most .. thank you Maria for being so kind with us ..

I've been at this storage facility for just shy of 7 years. It has been a great experience. Susan and Staff have always been so helpful with any questions, concerns or payment issues. Facility has always been clean and well maintained. Never had any issues. When we first moved in, we had issues with our roll up door not staying up. And they fixed it within the weekend which was wonderful. Never seen any bugs or trash on the complex. We decided to move to a closer storage facility to our new home.
