Great customer service! Susan is always helpful with everything
This is my 2nd time with A-1-Self Storage. I have had good experiences both times.
So I went in to get a storage to put my things while I find a place to live, however my sister went in the same day I didn't know until after that (susuan) the lady that helped me told my sister exactly which storage unit my stuff was stored in I do not appreciate this at all
