I was an A-1 storage customer for years, and everyone there was so nice and wonderfully helpful, even when I didn't ask for help! Susan and I developed a mutual friendship over the years, sharing life stories every time I had to pay my bill or I went to my unit. My children are now grown and have taken all their sentimental belongings with them, so I no longer have a need for a storage unit.
