The day I went to open a storage account at A1 in El Monte, Susan helped me and showed me the unit. Susan asked how my day was and I opened up to her that I was having a really bad day. She gave me awesome words of encouragement and it really helped me with the rest of my day. Very compassionate employee at A1!!

The lady that took care of us what you could find out who it was the day we moved in was fantastic totally helpful pleasant to work with recommended very highly
The staff was friendly and helpful. I was given options to choose from and was shown the location of the carts, where to park, and where my unit was again when I came in to move my belongings for the first time.
The lady was very courteous and helpful but she did not give me my 25% discount like she was supposed to I was told I would get a 25% discount first time and I did not get it I wish someone would give it to me thank you
