We did tell the clerk that she would have to remove the padlock that same day. We signed up that same day and we made it clear that we were coming back later on in the afternoon (about two hours later). When we came back to put our stuff in, the padlock was still there on the front of the doorway, not removed. We could not unlock our own space. It was inconvenient to have to go down and back to the office to have to tell another clerk that was there to please remove the padlock.

Graciela and Fabiola were amazing! They answered all the questions, provided a tour, and their customer service skills were great! I loved it, and felt security that my belongings would be safe.
