Great experience had my storage with them for over 2 years. Always had an excellent customer service experience. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they don’t have a trash bin for customers.

As counter intuitive as it may seem, we don’t provide trash cans to help keep our property clean. Unfortunately, we’ve learned over the years that when trash cans are provided, they are quickly abused and overwhelmed.
Very caring and suitable to my needs. Made sure that I had the right storage I need for my items. I appreciate them walking me through the whole process because it was my first time!

I arrived almost when they were closing but they took the time to show me the storage unit, to explain everything I needed to know, they stayed late for me. The storage is great, great location and good prices!

A-1 had great service from the start. I first called and was given all the information I needed. Once I was at the location, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, I was also given great customer service. The employee was professional and answered all my questions.

I have no complaints on customer service and facility Ceaser was very helpful and it was a pleasant encounter. The facility itself was exceptionally clean. The prices are I ndicitive of the entire city.

I had a good experience with staff however the unit I rented was a bit to small for dimensions that I was promised 10 by 20. My friend measured and notice that unit was a lot smaller, measured 10.by 15 I did repot to staff immediately however I was told it was an approximation and not all units are alike. This particular unit shape is rectangular but the end wall is slanted.
