I arrived almost when they were closing but they took the time to show me the storage unit, to explain everything I needed to know, they stayed late for me. The storage is great, great location and good prices!

A-1 had great service from the start. I first called and was given all the information I needed. Once I was at the location, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, I was also given great customer service. The employee was professional and answered all my questions.

I have no complaints on customer service and facility Ceaser was very helpful and it was a pleasant encounter. The facility itself was exceptionally clean. The prices are I ndicitive of the entire city.

I had a good experience with staff however the unit I rented was a bit to small for dimensions that I was promised 10 by 20. My friend measured and notice that unit was a lot smaller, measured 10.by 15 I did repot to staff immediately however I was told it was an approximation and not all units are alike. This particular unit shape is rectangular but the end wall is slanted.

We did tell the clerk that she would have to remove the padlock that same day. We signed up that same day and we made it clear that we were coming back later on in the afternoon (about two hours later). When we came back to put our stuff in, the padlock was still there on the front of the doorway, not removed. We could not unlock our own space. It was inconvenient to have to go down and back to the office to have to tell another clerk that was there to please remove the padlock.
