Well customer service is great and the facilities are clean. Its easy to go up and down the large elevators to our unit. Moving carts are a hit or miss during business hours only. Were gonna use the storage as an extension of our home for the meantime.

I am very pleased that young lady that works there very helpful I went to your store on Hollister and she made an appointment or reservation for me in National City if it wasn't for her I would not have a storage facility I can't remember her name I would highly recommend A-1 Storage to my friends
