Staff was very helpful ! When I started moving my belongings in, I could never locate a cart. My husband is elderly and ill and was unable to help me at all. I had a hand cart, but that took numerous trips only being able to take 2 or 3 boxes at a time. My husband called inquiring about the unavailability of carts and the toll it was taking on me. Well customer service is great and the facilities are clean. Its easy to go up and down the large elevators to our unit. Moving carts are a hit or miss during business hours only. Were gonna use the storage as an extension of our home for the meantime.

I am very pleased that young lady that works there very helpful I went to your store on Hollister and she made an appointment or reservation for me in National City if it wasn't for her I would not have a storage facility I can't remember her name I would highly recommend A-1 Storage to my friends
