After making a reservation online with the corporate office in San Diego, I was contacted by Tracy from the Oceanside location to confirm that I would be arriving that day to sign the agreement and view my unit. She wanted to make sure she was there when I arrived. Talk about customer service. It didn't end there. When I did arrive later that day, she gave me a tour, showed me how to use the elevator and made sure I had the correct lock to secure the unit. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

My favorite storage unit facility! This is my second time back and the staff is so nice and accommodating. They have always gone above and beyond and have unrivaled service that I have not found anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!
