Shawn provided amazing customer service and I was able to reserve the exact unit I needed.
Shawn was very helpful and professional! Shawn made my experience very personable, quick and easy!!! She was very kind and courteous even as she was very busy with multiple people in the office. The only thing I did not like was her dark hair co-worker trying to rush her as she completing my transaction , I thought her co worker was very persistent on her and very unprofessional by doing this in front of me but Shawn was able to meet all of my needs and made this experience the best it could be because I was in a time crunch... read more
