I had a special challenge. I needed to get a second short-term storage space and your San Diego customer service as well as your excellent front-office manager (Paul?) at A-1 in Torrance were there to assist.
Outstanding customer service by Paul the manager. He is always pleasant and respectful of needs as they change.. Cleanest facility I have ever experienced. Not to mention great hours of operation. All that makes up for the fact the it’s a little bit pricier than the competition. They say you get what you pay for. Ty for making moving and storing my belongings a smooth experience. Jennifer
Jennifer was outstanding in every way. A real professional and a great representative of A-1 Self Storage! She was knowledgeable, helpful and displayed a great focus on helping me rent my unit. If I could give her 6 stars, I would!
