Paul, the manager on Earl Street in Torrance, is simply the best. Efficient, personable, knows the process and is very helpful. I had to rent a small space for my elderly Mother and he made it seamless.

Location is ideal and units and facility is very clean and bright as and the security is excellent for entry and exit. Paul was very helpful and professional and got my account opened and answered all my questions. The whole experience was very efficient and easy. I appreciate the great service.

I just closed out and vacated my 2nd unit with this storage facility. The staff here is professional and do respond to any questions or concerns. The facility itself is alway clean. The only issue that bothered me a bit was the lack of wheeled carts. They only have 2 unlocked carts and it's up to the users to return them. If you need a cart, you have to check in the back first and if they're locked, you have to come back to the front office for a key (make sure it's on the days that they are open). I needed to rent a second unit and Paul made it VERY easy. I've worked with Paul since I reserved my first unit (years ago) and he is the reason I rent at A1 Storage. Paul keeps the property extremely clean. All these years, I have never seen one bug, smelled one awful odor, seen any lights out, etc. I've rented at another place before finding A1 and A1 is the only place I'll rent because of Paul's diligence and care. He is meticulous and very pleasant to do business with.
