The front desk attendant was friendly with concise explanations and personable. The property is clean and well laid out. The pricing is fair and no long term contract is required. A pleasant business to deal with. Located in a safe neighborhood.

The facility is clean, easy to access, and the signup and billing are efficient. I did not appreciate two rate hikes in a very short time frame. I felt taken advantage of because it took much effort to move my belongings in and shortly after I was notified of rate hikes. The last rate hike was the last straw.

We find it necessary to make adjustments to our customers' rental rates from time to time, in order to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean, well-maintained facility.
The entire transaction went very well. Started with the call center exchange and continued at the site location. In particular, I want to commend the work of your site employee "Jaz". She did an excellent job with explanations and handling my questions. The communication (including her patience) went very well and made it easy for me to decide best choice for me. Give Jaz a gold star!
