The facility is clean, easy to access, and the signup and billing are efficient. I did not appreciate two rate hikes in a very short time frame. I felt taken advantage of because it took much effort to move my belongings in and shortly after I was notified of rate hikes. The last rate hike was the last straw.
The entire transaction went very well. Started with the call center exchange and continued at the site location. In particular, I want to commend the work of your site employee "Jaz". She did an excellent job with explanations and handling my questions. The communication (including her patience) went very well and made it easy for me to decide best choice for me. Give Jaz a gold star!

Stopped by close to closing time on 8/31 & Paul was very polite and accommodating. In no way did I feel rushed out the door. Even though the particular unit I was interested wasn't available, Paul found another comparable one for me and I decided to rent. A-1 Service.
I have used the A-1 Storage facility on Earl Street in Torrance at least 4 times over the last 12 + years. I always come back, even passing on storage units that are closer to my home, because the people managing this facility professional, courteous, and the place is always spotless. I have never hard an issue with the units or the service.
