Excellent experience
I rented a storage space online in the evening. The next morning, I received a follow-up text message, went into the office, signed the rest of the papers, got the key, received a tour of the facility and instructions on use, and was very impressed with the friendly workers there. Very thorough, competent and polite. It was a great experience.

We are thrilled to have a new storage unit with A1 Storage at the Bascom Ave., San Jose location. This facility is clean, bright, well-maintained, with many safety features including individual alarms. We were impressed with manager, Louis, and his team members Kaylee and Robert who were all knowledgeable, professional, and responsive.
