Anytime I needed help with something A-1 self storage would help. The Bascom location has Great customer service. Luis, their front desk employee, was great, and always helped when needed. It’s a five star operation.

My move-in was so great and smooth. The pricing and facility features were the best I found after compared pricing. The assisting agent, TEJxxxx, is professional and was a delight to meet on a first time encounter. The facility is first class, top to bottom. I have other storage units, but by far this is the best.

Outstanding security and cleanliness. My 10’ x 15’ unit had excellent climate consistency for my furniture and clothes. For my 16 month stay, management was top notch. Highly recommend.
