Coming from out of town, the online rental application was a breeze. I had my storage unit and confirmation within 30 minutes. Prior to filling out the application I talked to staff to see what was available and they were polite, professional and gave me some great tips. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was very helpful, and patient, when I called looking for a storage unit. I didn't know anything about renting a unit, like what size, costs, accessibility, etc.. They listened to what I was trying to accomplish, explained some various options, made some suggestions, and before I knew it, I was down at the facility, keying in my own code, and then standing in my storage unit, all within about a 2hour time period! I would definitely recommend A1 to anyone in search of a great storage facility!

Very clean facility and efficient staff - both when setting up and at the end when I closed my unit. In fact, he was nice enough to go to my unit and get my lock - something I would not have been able to handle (old age). The place was well maintained and I never worried about security and safety - both for myself and for my items. The staff was always helpful, even when I forgot my password and numbers. I was happy with my experience.
