Coming from out of town, the online rental application was a breeze. I had my storage unit and confirmation within 30 minutes. Prior to filling out the application I talked to staff to see what was available and they were polite, professional and gave me some great tips. I highly recommend this place.

I'm sick and tired of the broken telephone system, and the refusal to use email to send email. All *transactional* messages that are sent to me in email are sent as attachments only, and the message contains no useful information. My spam filters keep deleting it, and I refuse to try to fix it any more. The pay by phone system is now worse than useless.

VERY clean facilities. Easy in and out / access Was the perfect experience for our needs. Front staff / management were very attentive/ helpful. Seriously, for the hassle of having to store your personal belongings somewhere besides your home, we never felt our “ stuff “ was in any danger of being molested by any creeps. The staff was very helpful, and patient, when I called looking for a storage unit. I didn't know anything about renting a unit, like what size, costs, accessibility, etc.. They listened to what I was trying to accomplish, explained some various options, made some suggestions, and before I knew it, I was down at the facility, keying in my own code, and then standing in my storage unit, all within about a 2hour time period! I would definitely recommend A1 to anyone in search of a great storage facility!
