The team at A-1 Self Storage were awesome and knew what I was looking for. I could ask any question and were able to answer them with no hesitation.

The process was better than it has been in the past. The employees were efficient and friendly when I showed up to move in to my unit. They were also nice enough to lock my unit with one of their locks because I forgot my lock at home. I appreciated this.

The staff is always friendly and professional, and the facility always clean. However, as long standing customer I don’t feel appreciated because there price increase at every opportunity. There is also not an option to pay ahead and lock in on a price.
