I am a current customer of A-1 Storage on Senter Rd in San Jose. I was in the process of moving more boxes that have accumulated in the house and needed an extra storage unit so I reserved one online. Chris the manager called me first thing in the morning to follow up on the reservation and not sure of which size I actually needed, he was very helpful by assessing the boxes I had in the van and set me up quickly and easily with a unit to accomodate me .
