I am very happy with the people and the facility at A1 on Senter in San Jose. Marisol, Chris, Tony and 1 other woman whose name I don't have, were stupendous (that's what they were). So helpful, kind, gracious, FAST! I researched storage places at length and this place is head and shoulders above the others in the area. Some had lower rates, but many downright scary and none offering all A1 provides. A1 has it all; online payment, decent parking by the office, GOOD security, clean, SO immaculate, just beautiful. Chris and the rest of the team at A-1 Self Storage off Senter Road represent business excellence. They provide incredibly friendly, knowledgable, accurate and quick customer care and service. Everyone is very reposnsive whether you pose an inquiry of them via email, call or walk in. We were customers for 4 years and 3 months and only vacated our unit because we no longer needed to store our items. Thank you all for a long-standing, fantastic experience!
