The gentlemen that helped me rent a unit has very good customer service skills. He took time to explain what I was to sign on the contract. Very polite.
Chris at the Senter Rd. location is awesome and helpful. The place is newer and clean. Some morons ruined for everyone so now you have to borrow keys from front desk to use the carts-totally inconvenient.
I was a little bit confused about how to rent a storage, Is the first time renting a self storage unit! So I stopped at this location to ask! The guy at the office was very helpful and explained me everything what I I need to know He makes everything so easy! Thank you so much!

I've been a customer for quite awhile & still rent ai unit with A1. I have been treated very well & appreciate the 24 hr access when I needed it for my events. Chris at the Senter Rd facility has been great!
Tony and Jesus were very they made everything very easy for me. Extremely helpful as well, did not leave a question unanswered. Go to one of those two if you ever go there.
