I recommend A-1 Self Storage for all your storage needs. Patrick is super friendly, professional and helpful. Whenever I have had an issue with anything such as determining what size storage I needed for a second space, Patrick helped me figure it out. Phyllis is nice too it's just that Patrick is usually the one who is there when I call or stop in. Also, the place is always clean and utility carts are readily available to transport your storage items.
I have used this A-1 Self Storage on two occasions. The office is clean and the storage prices are competitive. What makes this location really stand out is the customer service. Great customer service these days is hard to find. The first time I showed up, Patrick was very helpful and took me on a tour of the facility. The woman that works there was very nice too. I have been a storage renter at many different locations. But, this place is clean, neat, and the management is caring, helpful and always available for you. Phyllis & Patrick bend over backwards to keep your patronage . And believe me, I have put them to the test on occasion. The only drawback is that the individual storage units have no electricity for lighting inside your personal unit. Bummer..If you are in the market for storing some items. check this place out. You won't get any better !! Tell them I sent you.
