They raise their prices a lot every year, so you're stuck paying unless you move your stuff. The staff is so-so, not super friendly. It does have better security though since nine units were broken into a few years back. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Units are infested with critters. They also went up on the rent for the unit. The price isn't worth it.
I was completely satisfied with the level of customer service, Jessica was really professional and answered all of my questions. They got me set up in no time, no need to look around, A-1 is the place to go.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my uncle. He had a storage unit here for 7 months and the last few times he's gone his stuff has been ransacked. Boxes have been dumped over and the tape has been removed and out back on. You can definitely tell someone has been in there and he is the only one with a key. They've also increased the price 2 times without any notice. I wouldn't recommend this storage unit at all.

EJ helped me find a storage unit. He was very professional, and friendly. He made sure I was able to get around the place with ease. His customer service was outstanding. The office was super clean, and inviting. Two thumbs up!
Great customer service and prompt response to all of our questions and concerns! Glenda was of great help and very nice.
Needed storage space for a couple months and A-1 delivered exactly as advertised. The manager Jessica was very professional and gracious! My unit was on the second level, right next to the stairs, which made loading and unloading relatively painless. Be aware that any lock type other than a cylinder lock won't work - bring your own or they can provide one.
