Very helpful staff and best value in area. Building and units are newer, clean and well maintained. It is climate controlled and more spacious for less money than the nearby old Public Storage priced better.

We have a small business and needed a decent amount of space to store our inventory. The sign up is pretty simple. The hours are reasonable, and the best part is how easy it is to move in. I have had a storage unit here for quite some time, since I moved into a small apt. downtown and no space for all of my things. This place is top notch. Friendly, helpful people at the front desk, clean and secure. They have a great camera system in place. Nice coffee station and are very customer service oriented. I also like that it is very easy to get to, and tons of parking. Would highly recommend. Kim is great.

DO NOT USE A-1 STORAGE!! Started renting a unit here 9 months ago at $99. A few months in we get notified that our monthly premium was going up to $150. Just got hit with another increase and it's now $170 a month. Unbelievable! Do not rent here.

Note that A1 will jack up your rate by 15 to 20% after 2 to 3 months of you being there. They assume that you've moved your stuff in and you're too lazy to move your stuff out after they jack up your rates. This happens not only here, as it did to me, but it has happened elsewhere. Just be sure to add 20% to the monthly rate on their website because you will be paying the advertised rate plus 20% after the second month. I got called out by yelp and their manager flag my honest review about my experience therefore I am rewriting. I called another location (hotel circle) to check on some things that I can and cannot do with the unit. I called this location (morena Blvd) to see if there are available units because I feel like this one would be a better location.
