I have used a lot of storage units over the years. This one is very good. The front office people are buttoned up and efficient. I like that you have to enter in a security code to get into the building and then you have to enter it again to call the elevator. I appreciate the double level of security. The *one* thing I wish they would do is put a sign in the hallways with the numbers of the units in each of the rows. It would save a lot of time trying to find the unit! Otherwise, a safe, clean and secure facility.

Getting the unit was super easy and fast. The nice girl behind the counter was very patient and showed me how to use the lock I bought for the unit. I was able to access my stuff 24/7 with no issues and moving out was a breeze too. The only downside was that there appeared to be 1 or 2 individuals who may have been using their units for purposes other than for storage but they kept to themselves. Just dont go alone at night if you're a girl, just to be safe.

Great. I reserved my unit online from across the country and when I got there the guy at the counter was super helpful and took me up to show me the unit o rented.

5 star storage facility. For 2 years now its Always clean and easy to access anytime and also pay your bill anytime. They have a bill pay atm type machine out front so if you cant for whatever reason pay online then that is also an option. Key pad access for the sections and get your own lock to lock up your stuff. Great option for short or long term.

Came here to put a few boxes in a friend's storage unit and realized we needed some more space. It was almost closing time and Evan went above and beyond to help us out. Got us an extra unit quickly and actually put me 2 units down from my friend's unit. Went out of his way to go the extra mile and it made my life easier. Will definitely be recommending this place in the future. Thanks Evan for the great customer service!!!!

Kim was very helpful and really stepped up the bar to help me find a great space with easy access. I would recommend A-1 Storage to anyone including my own friends. Their hours are very reasonable for non-business hours access.

I cannot say enough good things about this A1 Storage. The people that work here are amazing and so hard working! The front desk, specifically Kim who is there almost everyday, is amazing. So helpful and flexible when it comes to needing to upgrade or downsize units. Kim is one of the reasons I have stayed for over three years off and on. She makes her clients feel so welcome.
