Facility is superb! Very clean and secure units. Kim was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The process was quick and efficient and it helps if you are already in the middle of a stressful move! Thank you A1!

Very clean, manager always so nice and price is okay. The only complaint I have is the elevator was broke a handful of times when I went to go use it. So that was aggravating. Besides that I had a nice experience.

The customer service is excellent. The facility is very clean and very well operated. I felt very safe leaving my daughter's items there while she came home to the east coast. We will store our items here again.

Absolute best customer service in the history of ever. Kim was a pleasure to work with, and she made sure I was able to find the perfect unit size to fit my needs. The cylinder locks make me feel super safe about my belongings, and the ultra clean restrooms are a definite added bonus. Oh, and did I mention they have music playing through the building? Yeah. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Kim definitely scored a customer for life.

When I first called for pricing I was already frustrated with previous companies I had spoken with. When the manager answered the phone here she was professional and friendly and really helped me through the process. When I arrived at the store it was very clean and well kept as was the rest of the property. The manager, Kim, was continually helpful and knowledgeable about her store and made me feel at ease about my decision. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to store their most prized possessions!!!
multiple rate hikes since I've been here and now late fees increase to $20 from $10. Management is inept, unhelpful. Act like they don't need your business here. Just switched to Morena Storage down the street for about half the rate and comes with free truck for loading/unloading.
Really professional and well kept. I have never stored anything and we have some nice new furniture that we want to keep clean for our new house. When we arrived everything was above what I had expected which is a great feeling of peace to leave our items! Great security and lighting. Easy to use systems, Brian and Elizabeth are great they even have a lock demo to make it easy to learn using the lock for the sliding doors.
