This location has amazing customer service! Erick was very helpful in showing me different storage sizes and prices. I compared A-1 with other storage locations and by far this one exceeded my expectations. Usually storage units are temporary and I'm grateful to have found a place where staff is friendly and helpful even if just for the time I'm here.

I have been at this location for years, I never have any issues with the location it's at, the spaces itself (always clean), they have a restroom next to the office (your code will open it), the convenience of their hours is amazing !! 6:00am-10:00pm ; that being said you must be out the gate before 10pm or alarms will sound. East portal access, easy auto pay, military discount available and if you have renters insurance you don't need to pay for additional insurance on unit. Oakland Road location is clean. Manager Erick is so friendly. His customer service is excellent. I have couple units in there for many years.

Wow! I came in the other day to ask questions about a unit and this young man named Eric answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back at the end of the month to rent a unit. Would recommend !
