This is my very first Yelp review, and if it wasn't for the excellent customer service and the nice storage facility, I would not have been compelled to even start an account. I'm a San Jose State University student who moved out for the first time, and realized I had too many things to store in my apartment. I definitely recommend this storage company! I rented here for about a year and every time I would go it was always clean and welcoming. The management here sure does their job. I'll make sure to return if I ever need storage again. =)
I run a hot dog cart across the street and I always found them to be clean, convenient, and fairly priced. They are very helpful when I need a storage. They are always happy to show you a space to find the best one that suits my needs. I highly recommend them to everyone!
Recently moved some items into this facility temporarily before moving them into a house. Everything went great! Got 50% off of a large 10x30 unit that was easily accessible from the road you drive in on. 18 wheeler accessible even. The gentleman who helped me through the whole process is named Chris. He was great to work with from start to finish. This is just a quick note to state how very pleased I was with my visit to your mini-storage on Oakland Rd in San Jose. I have used storage many times before; and I have usually been a bit "freaked out" with the overall cleanliness and security of the mini storages I have rented before.
