Wow! I came in the other day to ask questions about a unit and this young man named Eric answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back at the end of the month to rent a unit. Would recommend !

Horrible customer service. Daniel was surely being discriminatory he believed, he had a right to berate a customer. Wasn't interested completing reservation, how he is employed , showcases volume, of this locations ethics , or lack there of.

Since I had unit here the customer service has always been great! Which is rare these days unfortunately. Though today Erick (hope I spelled it correctly) was amazing, he went above and beyond to help me out! His customer service and friendly attitude not to mention patience was superb!! He definitely needs a raise or promotion. Thank you for all you do!

Been a customer for more than 10 years in a large unit. Prices have increased, but service has not had improvements. Security has been good so I won't give this place 1 star. But request for services like insect extermination and simple unit repairs have been like pulling teeth to get done. On site folks are available, sympathetic but really don't have much power to get things done. I chose Storage because I want a secure, quality place to store my belongings, have access to it. Nice clean place. Was able to find carts easily to move stuff in. The staff was very nice and answered any questions we had.
Great staff and and excellent customer service. Rebecca was very patient in explaining their service and showed me the unit I had inquired about. I even got a free lock for checking in on yelp. The building looks secure with a pass code to enter the gated storage area. Clean and convenient, glad i found this place!

I give it 5 stars because the people, the service, the place are all nearly perfect. I used this storage for 4 months for my clothes and books. It is very clean, dry, and save. There are no dusts, bugs, spiders, whatsoever. The air is fresh inside the building and there is no bad smells. There are carts for you to use and the elevator is convenient. Placed an online rental and was able to move in the date as scheduled with a smooth move in, facility looks clean and nice.
