I used this storage for about 4 months and I had a good experience. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Units were clean and never had any issue with elevator not working. I would recommend it!
I am writing to express my concerns about the recent changes at this facility. Patricia, the previous manager, was exceptional and genuinely cared about the customers. However, since her departure, the quality of service has noticeably declined. The new manager, Pablo, has shown a troubling lack of professionalism and empathy. Went in person after receiving an email my storage fees increased. This happens so often it’s stressful. I had to move 10 unit down same size. I couldn’t even downgrade because the few that were available were upstairs, that’s inconvenient. If you decide to move in get their online promo first. I missed out when I moved in, staff didn’t even give me first month free nor discounted price. Wish A1 self storage would reward those who pay on time and reconsider their high quarterly increases.
