Wow how fast and easy this whole process was. And I did it online came into the office picked up my keys! The lady was so nice and sweet and very accommodating! Came into the office to ask questions since it's my first time looking for a storage unit and the manager Patricia was so very polite and patient and answered all my questions! This place is super cheap and super clean. After searching so meany storage places this place is the one. Britney she is a super leader, She explain to me my options and maid me understand what was a better deal for me. Tjis world would be a better place if we had more people like her. Got the unit online, went into the office to sign some papers and to get the code from the worker who was really helpful, the whole process was really easy

I needed a sizable storage space ar the last minute. Rachel helped me find one that would be big enough, at a discount, and Danielle was super helpful in coordinating drop off by someone else since I wouldn't be there! Really appreciate the smooth process and communication.
