So earlier today I found out I needed to get a storage unit asap, I called A-1 and got a call back within minutes was giving great customer service over the phone then I got a call back from Patricia. And her friendly and kind service helped me get a great unit for my family member. The location and site is very clean and organized. I plan to move my personal storage unit to this location. As a retail manager I would loved that all my team and staff helped out our guest them same way, thank you Patricia and team

I'm so glad I chose this storage place based on its reviews! I moved from SF to LB and noticed I was going to arrive after business hours so I called early to notify and Patricia gladly helped me out when I arrived and explained to us how everything worked before so we wouldn't have any issues. She really went out of her way for us and we are thankful she understood we were coming from a far distance
