Don't fall for the 50 percent off specials. I got my rental the last week of the month and they counted that as one of the month special. Then they increased the rent the month after. That's how they make up the money for the "specials" they give.
Manager and staff are nice and are on top of things. They run are typical of any self storage business. They give you the introductory rate then hike it up despite you being a long term tenant.

A-1 Storage is a great facility to rent at. The facility is in a good location, secure, clean, reasonably priced and with easy access to elevators and carts. The staff is also very friendly.

Great storage facility. Super clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. If I ever need to have a storage facility again, I will come here!!
The elevators are nice, and the place appears secure, but when a family heirloom was taken, their cameras didn't cover the area and they said their hands were tied. So what seemed very secure, wasnt so secure after all
