I gotta say this place was amazing, it was clean at all times. People were friendly, the best storage place for sure.
Just closed out my rental. Hands down best experience with storage rental I've had. Facility is so neat and clean. Customer service is great. For the first few months I dealt only with Chris and he is awesome! Always friendly and he even remembered my space number when ever I came in to pay. A few months in and I met Kevin when I came in. Like Chris he is awesome representative of A1 self storage. If you need storage go down and ask for Chris or Kevin. I will definitely be back if the need for storage arises.
Moved in this past weekend. So far so good. No complaints. Clean and looks secure. The staff that helped me out on Friday was superb.
it is completely unacceptable to call a business to get a quote and then to get sales calls. shame on you

I was in recently on 2 different accounts. I delt with Chris and Kevin and i have to say, i wish the world was filled with guys like these. They went above and beyond to help myself and others with our needs. The facility was very clean and well kept. I didnt feel like i ever waited more than a minute for anything where as other venues i have visited didnt work out so well. These guys deserve some recognition for running a tight ship. Conveniently located. Easy access even on the 2nd floor storage. Great customer service at the office. They allowed me two weeks of reservation before actually renting it out. This helped us with budgetting the rental. The free first month was also awesome.
I have had a great experience with speaking with Chris to signing up and doing the walk through with Andrea. They are both very professional. Since my interaction was more with Andrea, I will speak/write about her and the facility itself. She is very thorough. Takes her time to explain and answer any questions I had. I felt like she gave me her undivided attention not rushed at all like at other places. The facility is newer, spaces are big for a good price. Kevin and Andrea are very polite, professional, and helpful. They let me choose the storage spot that are available to my interest. They kindly helped me with my deal of 3 free boxes from the Yelp check-in. More people need to be like them with good services.
