Such wonderful young ladies that helped me choose a unit, that was right for me. Answered all of my questions with no irritation, very patience I suck with names I can't remember their names at the moment but I was at A-1 on May 18, 2021 @ 4:00-5:00pm. Made the stress of what I'm going through with moving, a lot more smooth, thanks again ladies. Location was on Monterey.

I checked out many different storage companies but decided to go with A1 as they had the best security system and was very well maintained. My unit was not thermo controlled which worried me initially, but when i checked it out in person the temperature was pretty low despite the hot weather outside. Latisha from A1 on Senter road was very sweet and helpful. I've had the storage unit for 3 weeks so far and im very happy with their service! Highly recommended.

I was looking for last minute storage as I urgently needed to move some things and Leslie was extremely helpful and even offered a discount! Always a plus! Customer service was great too. I would recommend this storage facility as they made the process seamless. All electronic documents made it a breeze. Thank you!

From start of contract to end of contract A-1 Self Storage was awesome. We used them for just under a year to store our house items as we moved out of the area. I never worried about our items safety while there. Between the locks they use, passcodes to get in and out of the area and even to use the elevator made sure your items couldn't be moved unless it was you doing it. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a place to store your belongings.

This facility is very tidy and airy feeling. I always felt safe there and that my belongings we're in good hands. The staff is very professional, patient, and hard working. I would definitely rent with them again, particularly this location.

Just called the (669) number to book my online reservation for a unit at the Senter Rd location and the service rep was more than helpful to assist me with the rental process. She even stayed on the phone till I was done just in case I needed help.. that's what I call customer service! As soon as I filled out everything.. I got a call from the storage facility telling me to come in so they can show me my rental unit. All in all, the rental process went super smooth and not to mention their prices were a lot cheaper than most... read more

I have 3 storage units. 2 at Public Storage ( and let me say that they suck.) And 1 here at A-1 for many years and have never had any problems and most important (NO BREAK INS). And the gate hours(closes at 10pm) Are the best.
